In her role as Experimentation Mentor, she accompanies professors of the Novus initiative during the development and implementation of their educational innovation experiments, aiming to enhance the necessary skills for successfully completing projects.
During the Novus experience, the initial engagement with each cohort occurs during training sessions, where through the mentoring process, she assists professors in establishing strategies and methodologies for measuring the impact of their experiments. Additionally, she provides personalized support to each project leader during its implementation.
