Gabriela Monforte García is a Biochemical Engineer in Food Processing with a Master's in Science and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences with an emphasis on Sustainable Development. She is currently a full-time professor in the Department of Marketing and International Business at ITESM, Monterrey Campus.
In her most recent participation with Novus, she developed Banco Creciendo Juntos, an immersive environment that leverages gamification and Escape Room strategies to evaluate and provide feedback on the development of competencies in descriptive statistics.
